    Even in a half-day tour, we were able to feel the charm of Yakushima. The Mononoke Forest was fantastic, with the weather changing the expression of the forest, the atmosphere, and the shades of fog. I chose a private tour with a guide because I am a slow walker, but my wife and I were able to walk at our own pace without worrying about others. We had a lot of interesting stories to listen to at each stop, and the hot miso soup we had at the hut was fantastic. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

    I am a beginner in trekking, but I really enjoyed it. The guide gave good explanations of each spot, and the breaks were moderate. It took about 4 hours from the entrance of Shiratani-unsui Gorge to Mononoke Moss, and then back to the exit. It was a pleasant half-day tour in good weather and climate. I will definitely recommend this tour to my friends and acquaintances.

    It was my first time diving, but I was able to enjoy it thanks to the detailed lectures. I was very moved when I first saw the sea turtles and swam with them. We took a lot of pictures and videos, and it was an unforgettable memory.

    At first I was worried about my stamina, but walking through the lush green forest was so pleasant that I forgot how tired I was.     I like that I can walk at my own pace in a private tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a deep understanding of the nature of Yakushima. The scenery of the Mononoke Forest was just as I expected. Arrangements for pick-up and drop-off were smooth.
