About pick-up and drop-off◆Morning Tours
Pick-up service is available at your accommodation, but drop-off service is limited to Miyanoura, airport, and Awa area.

We can drop you off at your accommodation, but we ask that you meet us at one of the Awa, Airport, or Miyanoura area before the tour. Please understand this in advance.
Cancellation fee for this plan 》
If a reservation is cancelled by the customer after it has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply
～Up to 6:00 p.m. 4 days prior to the event: None
After 6:00 p.m. 4 days prior to the event until 6:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the event: 50% of all fees
After 6:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the event to the day of the event: 100% of the full price*However, no cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is deemed impossible by the guide in charge due to adverse weather conditions such as typhoons.

About the tour
*The tour may be cancelled, the course may be changed, or the tour time may be shortened at the discretion of the guide due to inclement weather on the day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled before departure on the day of the tour, a full refund will be given, but if the course is changed after departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.
*In the event that we determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to a guest's physical condition, physical fitness, or inadequate clothing or equipment, or that the tour would be detrimental to other guests, we may ask the guest to withdraw from the tour, even on the day of the tour. In such cases, the tour fee will not be refunded.
*Please note that the charter fee is not refundable.

Q. Will the experience diving be cancelled due to rain?
If the sea is not rough, we will hold the diving experience even if it is raining.
If the sea becomes rough due to strong winds, the dive site will be changed or cancelled, but please be assured that you can still enjoy the experience even if it rains a little.
Q. Can I participate in the diving experience even if I can't swim?It's okay! Experience diving is an activity that you can enjoy even if you cannot swim or if it is your first time diving.
You do not need to hold your breath as you carry a cylinder on your back, and an experienced instructor will guide you through the experience.
Q. How long do you dive?Experience diving takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour!
Q. Can I wear glasses?There are several masks with different degrees of protection available. For those who have difficulty wearing contacts, we will use the mask with the closest power to the wearer.Q. Is there anything I need to prepare in advance?You will need to wear your swimsuit in advance (changing rooms are available), flip-flops, sunscreen (if needed), and a towel.
We will provide rental equipment such as wetsuits and masks, and tea.
If you are prone to motion sickness, it is advisable to take an anti-sickness medicine beforehand. (Even in calm seas, some sensitive people can get drunk.)
Q. Are there changing rooms and showers?Please be assured that we have them available. In the summer, you can use the changing rooms and showers at the beaches. Otherwise, showers and changing rooms with warm water are available near the dive sites.
There are no hair dryers, etc., but there are power outlets available, so if you need one, please bring it with you.
Q. How deep can I dive?For experience diving, you can dive down to around 10 meters.
The depth to be dived varies depending on the dive site, the weather and sea conditions of the day, and the skills and acclimatization of the guests. On average, we dive at depths of around 5 to 8 meters.
Q. Can I participate by myself?You can join us even if you are alone. Come and meet sea turtles in your free time on your arrival or departure day!
Q. Is there an age limit?15 years of age or older can participate.It is.
If you want to spend a relaxing time with your family, you can apply for the "Charter Plan" and enjoy snorkeling one-on-one with your family and instructor. (Tour fee + 10,000 yen will be charged.)
