The trip was fun and safe. Thanks to the guide, we had good memories in Yakushima. I appreciated the kindness of the guide who prepared miso soup for us during lunch while we were climbing the mountain. We enjoyed talking about Yakushima and chatting with him, took a lot of pictures, and left with a chest full of souvenirs.

The images of the Jomon cedars that I saw on TV several years ago have stayed with me for a long time, and I was finally able to visit them. Even though I was in my 50s and had never climbed a mountain before, I was able to climb at a comfortable pace. The guide was very knowledgeable and it was a great learning experience.

I had wanted to go see the Jomon Cedars for a long time. After quitting my job, going to the gym, and gaining a bit of fitness, I decided to go, and when I looked into it, I found that there were not many people in their 70s. I wondered if it would be difficult to walk the 22 km round trip, but I found that it was possible up to the age of 75, so I made a reservation. We were picked up early in the morning, driven to the trailhead, and began with some light preparation exercises. My wife could not walk very far, so it was just my son and me. The trolley trail was monotonous, but we proceeded at a relatively fast pace while listening to various stories and taking in the scenery. The guide seemed to be watching our pace as he walked behind us. The trolley path ends and it is time to get down to business. We climbed at an unexpectedly good pace as we watched how the guide placed our feet. I knew we would get tired differently depending on where we put our feet. We arrived at the Jomon cedars without incident. My wish had come true. On the way back, my knees were a little sore and my pace slowed down a bit, but I was able to finish the race safely. I was really happy. I looked at the people I met, and I knew I was elderly, but I was able to complete the race because I had a guide with me. Thank you very much.

This was my first time trekking. I am in my late 50's and participated with my daughters who are in their 20's. I was worried about whether we would be able to reach the cedars. I was worried about whether we would make it to the cedars, but thanks to our guide, we were able to see them without any problems. We were able to walk all the way to the cedars thanks to the guide, who took breaks at various points and told us interesting stories while we were walking. We felt a great sense of accomplishment when we reached the Jomon cedars. The miso soup that the guide served us for lunch was very tasty. The guide's kind and friendly personality made the tour very enjoyable. I am very glad that we asked for an exclusive guide. All three of us were very satisfied with the tour, and we are grateful to our exclusive guide. We would like to ask him again if we have a chance.
