Top: Long- and short-sleeved synthetic fiber or wool T-shirts and rash guards that do not become sticky when wet are recommended.
Underwear] Spats and short pants are recommended. Long pants should preferably be made of synthetic fibers, and jeans and cotton pants should be avoided.

At first it is quite a slope to climb, but they teach you where to put your feet so you can climb up safely. In a place where it is not dangerous, we swam and flowed in a beautiful river. It was a fun time. The coffee that the guide brewed on a rock in the river and the snacks we were given were great. It was a great experience. Thank you very much.
