Top: Long- and short-sleeved synthetic fiber or wool T-shirts and rash guards that do not become sticky when wet are recommended.
Underwear] Spats and short pants are recommended. Long pants should preferably be made of synthetic fibers, and jeans and cotton pants should be avoided.
Socks] Many younger people tend to wear short socks, but you should definitely wear longer socks. Even if you repair the socks, the affected area will rub against the socks and be very painful.
