About the tour
*The tour may be cancelled, the course may be changed, or the tour time may be shortened at the discretion of the guide due to inclement weather on the day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled before departure on the day of the tour, a full refund will be given, but if the course is changed after departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.
*In the event that we determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to a guest's physical condition, physical fitness, or inadequate clothing or equipment, or that the tour would be detrimental to other guests, we may ask the guest to withdraw from the tour, even on the day of the tour. In such cases, the tour fee will not be refunded.

540代Month of posting: 2025/07We were 2 adults, 1 elementary school student, and 1 senior. The trekkers cheerfully walked through a detour route because a bridge on the way was under construction. It was raining and sunny, so we were lucky to have rainwear. It was the first time for me to try river kayaking, but I had a lot of fun while having a lot of fun with the kayaking. On the way back, we didn't paddle at all and just floated along with the current of the river, taking it easy and enjoying the nature. I think I would have felt safer if I had listened more while proceeding. The pick up and drop off was convenient and generally an enjoyable experience.
