About the Tour*The tour may be cancelled, the course may be changed, or the tour time may be shortened at the discretion of the guide due to inclement weather on the day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled before departure on the day of the tour, a full refund will be given, but if the course is changed after departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.
*In the event that we determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to a guest's physical condition, physical fitness, or inadequate clothing or equipment, or that the tour would be detrimental to other guests, we may ask the guest to withdraw from the tour, even on the day of the tour. In such cases, the tour fee will not be refunded.

Q. Will the tour be cancelled due to rain?Neither snorkeling nor kayaking will be cancelled due to a little rain. If the water is expected to rise to the point where it is impossible to cross the stream, or if the ocean becomes rough due to strong winds, the point will be changed or the tour will be canceled, but please be assured that you can enjoy the tour even with a little rain.Q.
