About the clothes

*Please wear a long-sleeved shirt and pants over your swimsuit. Short-sleeved shirts are also acceptable, but please be careful to avoid sunburn. For long-sleeved shirts, we recommend a rash guard, etc. For long pants, we recommend shorts over leggings or support tights.

*If you do not have a swimsuit, please wear underwear that you can see through in case you fall out of the kayak.

*After the tour, you will be asked to wipe off your clothes and then return to your lodgings, the destination, or to the local office.

Cancellation fee for this plan 》

If a reservation is cancelled by the customer after it has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply

～Up to 6:00 p.m. 4 days prior to the event: None
After 6:00 p.m. 4 days prior to the event until 6:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the event: 50% of all fees
After 6:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the event to the day of the event: 100% of the full price

However, no cancellation fee will be charged if the guide in charge determines that the tour cannot be held due to typhoons or other adverse weather conditions.

*Please inform us in advance at the time of application if you have a medical history that should be noted, if you have undergone major surgery in the past, or if you have a physical disability. Cardiovascular disease patients require a doctor's consent.

*Pregnant women are not allowed to participate for safety reasons.

About the tour

*The tour may be cancelled, the course may be changed, or the tour time may be shortened at the discretion of the guide due to inclement weather on the day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled before departure on the day of the tour, a full refund will be given, but if the course is changed after departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.

*In the event that we determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to a guest's physical condition, physical fitness, or inadequate clothing or equipment, or that the tour would be detrimental to other guests, we may ask the guest to withdraw from the tour, even on the day of the tour. In such cases, the tour fee will not be refunded.

*Please note that the charter fee is not refundable.
