About the tour
*The tour may be cancelled, the course may be changed, or the tour time may be shortened at the discretion of the guide due to inclement weather on the day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled before departure on the day of the tour, a full refund will be given, but if the course is changed after departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.
*In the event that we determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to a guest's physical condition, physical fitness, or inadequate clothing or equipment, or that the tour would be detrimental to other guests, we may ask the guest to withdraw from the tour, even on the day of the tour. In such cases, the tour fee will not be refunded.

A little rain will not cancel trekking or snorkeling.
If the sea becomes rough due to strong winds, etc., the point will be changed or the tour will be canceled, but please be assured that you can enjoy the tour even if it rains a little.
Q. How far does the Shiratani-Unsui Gorge go?We will go to the Mononoke Forest! We will take a leisurely stroll along the 3-hour round-trip course and take over for the afternoon tour.The following is a list of the most common problems with the "C" in the "C" column.
Q. Are there changing rooms and showers?Please be assured that we have them available. During the summer, we ask that you use the changing rooms and showers at the beach. Otherwise, we have showers and changing rooms with warm water available near the snorkel sites.
There are no hair dryers, etc., but there are power outlets available, so if you need one, please bring it with you.
Q. Can I participate by myself?One person is also welcome to attend!

I applied for the Shiratani-unsui Gorge tour in the morning and the snorkeling tour in the afternoon, but the day before the tour, the sea was so rough due to a terrible wind that it was judged that the snorkeling could not be experienced in the best condition on the day of the tour. We were able to take the morning trekking tour from Kokemusu Forest to Taikoiwa. We were picked up from our lodgings and driven to the airport for our return trip. During the tour, we were guided through the forest with a wealth of knowledge, and many photos were taken to make our trip a memorable one. It was a trip to Yakushima that we would like to go back.
