    The bus service on Yakushima is operated by “Yakushima Transportationand "Matsubanda Transportation"These are the two companies."

    Yakushima Kotsu primarily serves the northern and western parts of the island and offers convenient access from the area around Miyanoura Port and the airport.

    Matsubanda Kotsu operates primarily in the southern and eastern parts of the island, providing convenient access to areas such as Awa and Ono-mae.
