*In principle, the free shuttle service to and from the inn is limited to the area between Miyanoura and Awa districts.
Cancellation fee for this plan 》
Cancellation of a reservation for any reason by the customer will incur a cancellation fee.
In such cases, the following cancellation fees will applyUp to 7 days prior to the reserved date: no cancellation fee
6 to 4 days prior to reservation date: 30% of tour fee
Up to 3 days prior to the reservation date: 50% of the tour fee
Up to 2 days prior to reservation date: 80% of tour fee
Day before or on the day of reservation: 100% of the tour fee
Cancellation without notice: 100% of the tour fee*If you are unable to come to the island due to cancellation or suspension of transportation, no cancellation fee is required. However, please be sure to inform us of your inability to come to the island.
*In the event of stormy weather, such as an approaching typhoon, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. In such cases, no cancellation fee is required.
