If a reservation is cancelled by the customer after it has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply

*Please inform us in advance if you have any medical history that should be noted, if you have had major surgery in the past, or if you are physically disabled. Cardiovascular disease patients require a doctor's consent. 65 years old and over also require a doctor's consent to participate in the trek. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate for safety reasons.

*The tour may be cancelled, the course may be changed, or the tour time may be shortened at the discretion of the guide due to inclement weather on the day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled before departure on the day of the tour, a full refund will be given, but if the course is changed after departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.

*In the event that we determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to a guest's physical condition, physical fitness, or inadequate clothing or equipment, or that the tour would be detrimental to other guests, we may ask the guest to withdraw from the tour, even on the day of the tour.
