If a reservation is cancelled by the customer after it has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply
～Up to 6:00 p.m. 4 days prior to the event: None
After 6:00 p.m. 4 days prior to the event until 6:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the event: 50% of all fees
After 6:00 p.m. 2 days prior to the event to the day of the event: 100% of the full price*However, no cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is deemed impossible by the guide in charge due to adverse weather conditions such as typhoons.

About the tour
*The tour may be cancelled, the course may be changed, or the tour time may be shortened at the discretion of the guide due to inclement weather on the day of the tour. If the tour is cancelled before departure on the day of the tour, a full refund will be given, but if the course is changed after departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.
*In the event that we determine that the tour cannot be conducted safely due to a guest's physical condition, physical fitness, or inadequate clothing or equipment, or that the tour would be detrimental to other guests, we may ask the guest to withdraw from the tour, even on the day of the tour. In such cases, the tour fee will not be refunded.
*Please note that the charter fee is not refundable.

Q. Will the tour be cancelled due to rain?Neither diving nor kayaking will be cancelled due to a little rain. If the water is expected to rise so high that it is impossible to cross a stream, or if the sea becomes rough due to strong winds, the point will be changed or the tour will be canceled, but please be assured that you can enjoy the tour even if it rains a little.Q. Are there changing rooms and showers?For diving, there are changing rooms and showers. Changing rooms are available for river kayakers, but there are no showers.Q. Can I participate by myself?
