What is Toloki Falls?

Toloki Falls on Oku Island is famous as a waterfall that cascades into the sea.

This seawater fall into the sea is rare in Japan, and is a popular spot on Oku Island.

The waterfall has a drop of 6 meters and is powerful and dynamic.

Some believe that the name of the waterfall, Toroki, is derived from the word for waterfall, "toroki.

Parking is available in the free parking lot of a nearby facility called Pontankan.

It is a precious waterfall that flows into the sea, which is rare in Japan, and is a popular photo spot.

Directions to Toloki Falls

The location is a 40-minute drive from Miyanoura Port, a 25-minute drive from Yakushima Airport, or by bus: take the Yakushima Kotsu bus bound for Kurio, get off at Tai-no-kawa, and walk 3 minutes from there.

There will be no regular holidays.
