Yakushima Trekking Tour

Miyanoura-dake is a serious mountain and a physical challenge, but the views are worth the effort. We were able to accomplish this with the support of our veteran guides.

I took the Mt. Miyanoura eco-trekking tour in Yakushima and had an unforgettable experience in my life. I am a regular hiker, but the severity and beauty of Mt. Miyanoura were beyond my imagination. What was particularly impressive was the spectacular view when walking along the ridge line and the feeling of oneness with the natural beauty of the mountain. With the guide's careful explanations, we were able to learn deeply about the nature and culture of Yakushima. I have attempted several mountains in my life, but the nature on Yakushima was exceptional. Thanks to the expertise and support of the guides, I was able to realize my dream of standing on the summit of Kyushu's highest peak. It was also a wonderful experience to be able to drink the pure water we encountered along the way while enjoying the various views during the climb. The view from the top of the mountain was magnificent beyond words, and along with the sense of accomplishment from the climb, the trip was deeply etched in my mind.
