If a reservation is cancelled by the customer after it has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply

About the tour
*Tours may be cancelled, changed, or shortened at the discretion of the guide due to inclement weather or other reasons. Full refunds will be given for cancellations prior to departure, but no refunds will be given for course changes after departure.
*If we deem it difficult to operate the tour safely due to physical condition, physical fitness, inadequate clothing or equipment, or if there is any impact on other passengers, we may ask you not to participate in the tour even on the day of the tour. In such cases, no refunds will be made.
