*Do not go hiking or fly for 12 to 18 hours after diving. If you have any of the following medical conditions, please be sure to consult with us before entering Yakushima.

*Our staff will contact you on your cell phone between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the evening before the tour to confirm the details, so please make sure your phone is reachable. We will go over the details with you at that time.

*If you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed due to personal circumstances, we will charge the standard cancellation fee.

*If payment has already been made, we will transfer the amount minus the cancellation fee to the bank account you指定ed.

*No cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases. If payment has already been made, we will issue a refund promptly.
・If the tour guide determines that the program cannot be conducted due to natural conditions or other factors and cancels it.
・If you are unable to travel to Yakushima due to inclement weather or public transportation issues.

《 Eligibility Requirements 》

For safety reasons, individuals with the following medical history are not permitted to participate in any of our tours.

・People who have ever had an epileptic seizure or convulsions, or who have ever taken medication to prevent such seizures
・People who take blood pressure medication
・People who have had angina or a heart attack
・People who have had a pneumothorax or lung disease in the past
・People with diabetes who take insulin injections
・Those who need a medical certificate
* For all tours, participants with the following medical history must provide a doctor's note.
Nervous system (disorders affecting the head, brain, and other nervous system organs); cardiovascular system (disorders affecting the respiratory system and heart); endocrine system (abnormalities in hormone secretion); inner ear and related conditions (allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, bronchitis, ear diseases, etc.)

◆To those aged 65 or older who are considering participating in a diving tour

To participate in a diving tour, a medical certificate is required for anyone aged 65 or older, even if they are in good health. (A medical certificate is required for anyone with a relevant medical history, regardless of age.)
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit a hospital and have a doctor prepare a medical certificate for you. (A medical certificate stating that you are “fit to dive” in the underwater environment—which differs from everyday life—is required.)
