Experience the Mystery of Yakushima in Half a Day

This is a leisurely trekking tour with a guide through Shiratani-unsui Gorge, a primeval forest representing Yakushima.

This course is ideal for those who are not confident in their physical strength or those who want to enjoy the nature typical of Yakushima without being too tired. You can join the tour on the day of your arrival on the island or on the day of departure.

Please take your time in a small group and experience the fantastic mossy forest and real Yakusugi cedar.

Visit the great nature of Shiratani-unsui Gorge

The tour takes place in Shiratani-unsui Gorge, which is said to be the model for Princess Mononoke. You will walk through a fantastic forest covered with green moss, and get a close-up look at the seven cedars said to be thousands of years old and the mossy forest.

A guide will accompany you, so even first-timers can enjoy the tour.
