I joined the half-day trekking tour. I went with my parents who are in their 60's and they were able to enjoy the tour safely and without injury. The guide gave us trivia about moss, trees, and flowers on the mountain paths. We were able to enjoy both the scenery and the tour. I am glad to have met someone who would like to come back to Yakushima again. If I can come back to Yakushima again, I will ask this guide again and next time I will visit Jomon Cedars!
